rents are high i suppose.At least he takes trade ins.In the old days every store took unwanted fish ,put them in large display tanks and sold them occasionally.seems every store has a reason why they don't take unwanted fish.If i owned a store i would take any fish and just quarantine them before re selling it for $$.
Just talk to "Enterprise" car rental to see if any good deal. I can get a Van that easily fit 8 people in there for $80 a day unlimited miles. If we have 6-8 people going together in the next trip it would be much cheaper. It will be around 10-15buck a person for the van and plus whatever gas cost.
