you want them no more then a half inch thick in there container.
no more then a half inch water above them
always use treated water 40 -50 degrees
repeat daily.

having a bite out of one is a good sign they may be p's
and if they are p's don't worry they heal fast.

i am at work right now. ill be home a lil bit after 4. i bought my newest piranha slash pacu lol about a week ago...i even said to my wife...he looks different. i think he is the actually piranha. what can i say to this guy? i called him and said im 90 percent sure they are pacu. he didnt question me. he just said being em in and ill swap them. now they have some super red bellies that sell for 30 bucks. im almost tempted to be like here are ur 4 now i want 4 superred bellies..

I hear you man. So are you sure they're pacu? I mean, Pacu's are awesome fish too but apparently it's not what they said they were giving you and they grow to be much larger than Piranha so they'll outgrow that 90g quickly. How long have you had them?

At that size, you should see teeth. It would be funny to see P's fight over algae wafers though.
you don't have to wait to see the teeth..you can tell the different from the mouth shape.
super red are wild caught AKA snakeskin. it's will have more reds when they are Juvi but it will turn to normal red color when it grow up in a couple of months later.
super red it's just a name for seller to get more money from buyer. so don't get fooled from it.
and no there is no such thing of super red pacu..only red and black pacu.

so now that i am gonna have an empty 90 gallon should i even get piranhas or should i do something different? now when i go there how am i gonna even know if they re sell me pacu. im pretty much cluless. i cant totally tell. looks like im not gonna be able to get anyone to meet me there. ugh. i just dont know what im gonna do
