Potamotrygon Hystrix come out of Brazil and Brazil currently has a ban on export of ALL rays, so best of luck finding one and if you do it is going to cost a lot.
-That said, what you may find listed as Hystrix now will usually be Potamotrygon Humerosa--they get as big as Motoro.
Potamotrygon Scobina is the smallest of adult rays and cost a lot and is also from Brazil.
Followed by Hystrix and "Retics" and P14 (P14 cost an arm and a leg and are also from Brazil.
Potamotrygon Reticulata - max at about 14-18'' females getting larger than males and rumor has it they may get larger. But, they are the cheapest ray and usually easily available.

But I'd suggest learning a ton more about rays before buy.
And not to discourage you, but I think you were the one having trouble cycling and clearing your tank, until you get your tank keeping skills down pat and you really know your stuff, I'd suggest not getting a ray.
I'm not saying this to discourage you; I'm saying it to not discourage you, because down the road you'll loose the ray and then end up giving up on them thinking they are too hard to keep.

If you have any questions on keeping rays or water quality, please feel free to PM any questions.

honestly i know you think you are up to the task but i would hold off on it for a while, i dont know how long youve been into the hobby seriously ( seems to me like only a few months, from what ive seen) but they take alot of time and effort ( i have not kept any personally) but have taken responsibility for taking care of the ones at my shop when we have them and its not easy

That 90g would be a good reticulata ray growout tank (if you move the p's out). Two or three baby retics would be good in that tank for up to a year possibly. Study up on raykeeping for a few weeks and have all your equipment ready before you get the rays. Get a really powerful filtration system, do very frequent waterchanges, get them feeding well and you should be fine. Oh yeah, they do need to be fed like 3 times a day when they're small.

gotpiranha I may have a male angel up for grabs. He beats his wife every night and my GF said that he might have to go. I named him "Alabama man":D

Yeah keep me posted.

ive been doing fish for 4 years...but just this year i got into it "into it" like it became more than here are my fish. lol. clearly if you post on forums your finally "into" the hobby. i would have time for them cuz i work from home for the most part. i just dont have a spot for them it was just a thought. i think i would want to do a cichild tank first.
