doest matter as long as the filter can handle the tank and keep it clean.

AJ has 3 HOB filter, hotfish has 2 fx5 canister, I used sump before in my 180g....so doesn't really matter.

I use a HOB, a canister and a wet/dry on my ray tank.

Two 5" Red Bellied Pacus - Free To Good Home

I am hoping to find my pacus a good home before I move. I am relocating from MA to FL in the next few months and need to find homes for my babies before then since I can't take them with me. :(

If you have a big enough tank to house them properly, then my loss is your gain! I am located in the Springfield area of Western MA. Send me a PM if you're interested.
What part of springfield are you in?? If your close I'll take them and they can shoal with my black pacu.

Thanks, AJ. The girl at Sea World stressed to me that they are absolutely against feeding them live fish. why is that? She said they eat about 5 ghost shrimp on a daily basis, and they MIGHT take frozen beefheart or krill. But thank goodness you told me about the earth worms, since I was wondering how I was going to be able to afford 40 ghost shrimp a week.

We feed ours earthworms too; he's trained to take them by hand :)

He hardly ever gets ghost shrimp.
