so my fishing spots for big strippers are hot right now if anyone wants to wet a line.

The times for the next few days would be 11 pm-300 am ,friday?12-4am.

i went out fishing with my cousin and dad today on our boat out of fairfield ct

we had a good start to the morning snagged at least 30 bunker in the marina, then it got slow... lost two big stripers before things slowed down and caught some bluefish

ended up going pogy and blackfishing ( with the 100 crabs i got from our trab lol) . had some fun now got pogy and black fish for dinner

(I had 25 bunker i ended up not using )

yes i have and from a boat.All my uncles are comercial fisherman/lobsterman.

So lets talk about Dats a bit, there's a person listing one in the classifieds here for $800 saying it's over a foot long. Is that a normal price for a larger animal?? Also how long does it take to grow one out that large?

it takes a dam long time,years and the price is way too high.The price should be about 500.

meh, not as appealing as 800 but still 500 wouldnt be a bad thing. Years in the making tho huh..

go down the cape for pogies get tons of them with a cast net or snagging gear
