Ricky how those cascades treating you...it was plenty the last time i went there then Yesterday it was no more ...i was told you buy them all. you musta love them. share your experience with us about it.
bfhslilred93 i have 80 jd under an inch lol. i cant tell the diff between them....are those to small?

I bought three of them. Adam gave me a price I couldnt refuse. I have one running in a newly set up 55 with an oscar in it. I also have a AC110 running with it. The cascade is working for me. Very quiet, probably not the most powerful but so far so good. I got one of them for my brother, his funds are kinda tight these days and he has a 55 that could use some added filtration.
I have another 55 I bought used, it came with a magnum 350. I resealed this one two weeks ago with black silicon. It has been sitting on my kitchen floor full of water for the past week. I guess it passed the leak test. I'll probably set this one up with the other cascade and the magnum. I'm still looking for a top for this tank. I have in mind to make this a planted tank with discus. Of course I need to study up on planted tanks first.
So that brings my grand total to:
20gal Long with a pair of convicts and all their fry
20gal High, just resealed, will set up tomorrow, future home to the fry
110gal High, with some mean fish
55gal with an Oscar
and the empty 55 that I am still thinking about.
Really want a 125 now, been talking to Adam but we'll see. I am not a youngster anymore. Cant afford to be wasting time. If I am going to get back into the hobby may as well go all the way.
Sounds great! Let us know how it goes. I have some 48" 110W lights if you need some down the road for the planted tank.
