Woot! It's official.

Starting this coming wednesday, I'm interning at the NE Aquarium two days a week!!

Working with the Freshwater tanks (anacondas, pirahna, pacus, aros, cats, sa cichlids, electric eels, North america gamefish, etc)

Apparently they are getting in a huge shipment of stuff from the amazon in the next week or two so that could be really cool. They cleared out most of the holding tanks in the back to make room...hopefully some great stuff will be coming in. I can't wait!

my cousin had some roomates who work at the "fish house" they would occasionally bring stuff home (a yellow lab, and a shelldweller)

Thats awesome. Do it! lol

They had some good looking severums I had never seen before, it looked like they were breeding. I didnt have time to ask what was going on with them but they were beautiful.

There was also a pair in the trout tank that were courting. The male was really awesome looking had a bright gold look to him. I don't know much about trout but it was real cool to be able to see.
