well its Eheim lavarock (Eheim Ehfilav), an biomax. more lava than biomax. I think I have a Quart size Sammich bag thats not in use (more once I have my new feeder setup going)

I've got half a 5g bucket with a mix of 40% gravel, 60% Flourite plant substrate for free if somebody wants it. Enough for a 20g planted tank probably. I've also got a half bucket of very fine white sand for free. It's Tahitian Moon brand.
