Yeah, they are real nice looking fish, the ones I have have tons of bright blue spotting on them. I wish I had a camera to show them off. They do a lot of color changing too.
I'm pretty sure these get to about 6", my male seems to be fully grown at that size. I don't think a 20 would be big enough though,I've got a pair in a 55 and that seems to be about the smallest that'll work. They chase a fair amount and need some escape room but they are great parents. They will dig up plants too, floating plants work best with these.
