I've got a bunch of Cichlasoma oblongus growouts, about 1-1.25" if anybody is interested. Very cool fish, these get about 6", uncommon in the hobby. $3.00 each $2.00 if you want 10 or more.

Great price Bob, very tempting. I've seen them and I like them a lot but no tank space right now :(.

John,
I cant begin to Thank you enough. The fish Outh and I got from you are unreal. Your a great person and if there is anything I can ever do in return please feel free to ask.
Thanks again,
Phil

P.S. I would have posted pics but they stired way to much up and the tank was very messy afterwards.

Guys and Giirls, I have a cooler full of plants from Johns house. No clue what kind but they looked awsome in his tank. They are free to who ever wants some. Im in Londonderry NH, I cant use them because they keep blocking my overflows and the tank is two deep to secure them to the bottom.

Once again John thanks you so much for the deal you gave me and phil...i cant even thanks you enough. unreal fish to own and unreal person you are.

thanks.

Phil and Sticky you are both very welcome. Thanks for helping me find homes for the fish.

If you want some weights to hold down the plants let me know

I have seen people using planted tank sumps to help with waste control.

when I had my indoor pond I had water fall container of plants above the pond. I used a small pump water into the container and it water overflowed bank into the pond.

Another thing I tried with the pond was floating a meshed container (small laundry basket) in the pond. The plants were in the container so they never got into my filter. The mesh was large enough so small fish could swim in and out.
