the clocks tickin folks, just a few more days, has anyone found out anything about definate times or if there are shirts for us eastcoasters, or is that only for the west coast crew???

I'm probably going to do a quick hello, in-out at SA. (1:30-ish)

I just exchanged some pm's with Mike (csx4236) and he doesn't know exactly what the plan is. What are we doing Sticky? It's getting close now. What about lunch? Chip in 5-10$ each for pizza and soda? Eat alone somewhere else? Meeting time? Name tags, shirts? So many questions!

Just IMO but I would make a tally(if not already made) of people meeting at SA.. then people meeting at H20..

Setup a meeting place/time at SA if enough people. Meaning at front door, or certain spot in parking lot, etc.. I've never been to a meet with name tags.. most of the time you just wing it with who you know, who told you they were coming, and the certain meeting spot. lol

h20 I think is pretty private? so might not need to setup a meeting spot just PM mike a for sure time you guys are gonna be there so he's there.. lol

I won't be attending.. other info sticky will have to tell ya.. just my ideas for organizing this..

Time is looking like ~10am-12pm H20, ~1pm-3pm SA. Times are appoximate, not sure how far apart they are. Thoughts?
