Now you've hurt my feelings. :(

I was starting to think maybe I was wrong. Then the name-calling started (referring to my fish as "feeders"). Now I'm definitely never going to post here... D'oh, I just did.

For the record, I never said the site sucks. The site looks great. It's that one particular rule I think sucks, which I didn't know about until after I registered and tried to look at a picture.

No one was saying your fish are feeders (or not that I caught anywho), they say smaller cichlids in general are feeders or some may consider it that. Personally all my Cichlids would prob. be good feeders I dont have any monsters. I really encourage you to take a look at the cichlid section, I hope it wont dissapoint you. Its worth it its very imformative and fun. Dont let someone calling you a name bring you down I am sure name calling happens all over the web!! It happens to me :) Part of the reason for the rule is that we want people to post and see how great the site is and look beyond just pictures that is partly why we have the 5 posts rule. Once you start posing, I am thinking you prob. get hooked... I did, along with lots others. Before you totally quit on us at least make one post in the cichlid section or start one thread! ;)

I would not put too much into what the others say here....We really are a nice bunch of fish geeks....I really hope you reconsider and start looking around! This site has soo much to offer, and in turn the people here offer advise back.
Please stay! Have some fun looking around, and in no time at all, you will have 5 posts. Yeah, I thought the rule was a little dumb at first, but I had advice to give on a few of the threads.....and BAM!, I was at 5 posts, and now I am OVER the 600 mark.....thats in a short time too....I am truly "hooked" on this site!!!

So, come on in! The waters fine!

5 posts is nothing. It is a little odd in my opinion, but I did 5 posts right after activating my account, no problem. It is a shame. Oh well, you can't please some people, I guess he just wanted to live his life an internet hermit. :nutkick: :ROFL:
