So you have been at it for 5 days, he was not super skinny to start with just underweight and he is half way now. So a good estimate for your puffer to get "right" is 10-15 days (5 to 10 days left). Let me know if this estimate turns out to be right.
So far I have seen this time scale work for GSP, Tugidus, Fahaka, F8 and dwarf.
