Dirty spots is not a health issue as far as I know, She did have some fungus issues but besides that is in good health.

One of my females had dirty spots when I got her one year ago. I actually thought she was a little ugly. A few months went by and the spots seemed to clear up and change for the better. She is now almost identical to my other female that is just gorgeous. I think tank size and water quallity has a lot to do with it. Give her time and she'll look a lot better. I guarantee she wont disappoint you. Keep us posted Mike.
