he should be as big as her or bigger. She's not gonna be attracted to no smaller fish that cant handle her.

It's gonna be about near a yr for him to be ready for her. Depends.. U gotta feed well and change water more often for him to grow faster.

This is correct. He needs to be bigger than she is. Breeding takes a lot of energy so you shouldn't breed when they are too small or they won't grow very fast at all.
 
Ok so just for now do lots of water changes and feed a good diet and when my male is as big or bigger only then should I start to breed? One more question... Is the fader valuable?

She's a big female if she become aggressive hes going have hard time taming her But it is possible
