New Festae Male Meets the Misses

Had to remove the male this morning. Apparently something went wrong during the night. I found him hanging out at the top of the tank with that "I give up" look.. Luckily the only damage done was to his ego. So I removed him. Im going to keep him in a different tank, grow him out a little and beef him up then try again in about a month. Next time they will have there very own tank with maybe a few dithers, no Jag or GT to cause distraction.

he was measured at 10" about 5 months ago so maybe close to 11", maybe 10.5". I know he has grown a bit since then.
