Both of those fish are C. Uropthalmus...aka, Mayans.
I was on a fish collecting trip in Honduras in April. One of the guys along was a fish farmer from Florida. THis guy was GOOD at catching fish. Anyway, we were talking about the fish he catches in Florida to raise and sell to the LFS. He mentioned Red Terror. I said you mean they catch Festae in Florida? He said no, he was referring to Uropthalmus. All of the fish farmers...for some unkown reason call the Urops, Red Terrors. Makes sense that the stores up here would carry the name forward to the general public. Common names suck.
But no doubt, the fish you are showing are Uropthalmus. Still a nice fish. Good luck with them.
Incidentally...they are bite size for that Oscar. I will be shocked if they don't end up as being expensive feeders for the big guy.
