I'll be posting an updated video on this setup soon. It is now working flawlessly. the K1 fluidizes threw the entire chamber. Even the bottom of the chamber. No more empty areas at all and no build up of K1 anywhere. Running 90 liters of K1 in it now.
 
Quick question: You said the the 90's were taken off the plumbing going into the K1 chamber. How are the drains working out. Obviously it worked but did you go with the cut slots in the plumbing or the tiny drilled holes for the drain leaving the K1 chamber?

I took the 90's off cause they were not really needed. It fluidizes better on that side without them.

As for the drains. I went with the slits. As you can see in the video, no k1 builds up on them at all. The only thing i did change about the drains, is that i shortened them to not go above the waters surface. This helped with fluidizing better as well.
