Its not a P. skimmer, its just skims any organic films that build up on the surface of the water, which I have knowticed I get between wc's, I cant put the intake down near the bottom anyhow b/c its a sand bottom, besides I do a 5-10g quick vac every night and 50% wc's every 3 days to keep the debris in check

They are only 9.99 at the LFS so I might as well give it a shot. Im moveing about 35-40 min outside of town, to 15.8 acres, with a big view of nothing and nobody
(and a butt load of work) I got my well dug and my solar array/battery house in allredy and an small but odd farm house, but its solid and well built so it will be just fine while I get everything paid for and build the house that I want, and most importantly it will open up enough space for me to get the 140g that I want
