I know lol. I got problems lol. Dont know what to do, I was breeding yellow labs but now the guy who said that he would buy them at 1$ per " is now saying he is only willing to pay 50cents no matter the size. Sooo I think I am just going to stick with breeding what I like best which is bgjds, which brings up the debate on weather selling or not selling the labs. I know you shouldnt mix them but I dont got room for another tank.

i have a friend that successfully kept them together until his jack dempseys paired and that was that

Ya ive seen africans with ca/sa but as soon as you get a pair with the ca/sa consider your africans dead. I would sell the labs if you like jds more. When you sell the africans pick up about 10 small ones and then let them grow out to pair.

You. Sir. Bad. Time. SA Cichlids x African Cichlids =

Actually, rift lake cichlids and CENTRAL American (like the JD in question) share fairly similar water requirements and can be mixed to certain degrees of success if done right. TBH I'd rather see africans and centrals together in harder water than mixing centrals with south americans that prefer softer water like oscars, severums, chocolates etc.
