ideally 70s., but the range is wide, from 50s up to 80s, they're very hardy as most gobies are

I am going to set up a small planted tank in my wifes office one of these days,so these guys would probably do good with no heater just room temps ,right

they'd be perfect. where they come from, the summers get to 90s. and winter down to 40s.
