New Fish for the family!!!! SRT and Mate

all I was told was "Green Texas" carpintes. He was bred by the seller's Uncle in a pond in Thailand.

damn, missed this group buy your all talking about.
iv been breeding srts for 3 years now and its like 5 out of 200-300 fish fade and only 1 has ever been of high quality and it was bred from thai to thai (lost the female in breeding)

everytime iv bred texas to thai srt the fish have GREAT body and fins and pearls but lack the deep red color we want.
 
Update!!!!!! Fish were SUPPOSE to be here today according to the transhipper. BUt come to find out, as I already knew, I am outside of the 1 day zone for USPS Express. I stated it needed to to be UPS or FED EX for OVERNIGHT.

I am really worried about the fish at this point..... I have spent a pile of money for the fish, and then the transhipper cost me 158.00 to get it here to WI from CO. WTF!!!!! And I get Two Day, and now have to wait!!!

I hope they make it. Transhipper said they look gorgeous!!! Just hope I get to see it for myself!!!!!!!

Checked the USPS website and saw fish were delivered to my local PO at 6:51am and I went to pick them up, They ROCK!!!!!!!!

Here are the pics!!!! Let me know what ya think Srt looks Great and Her mate has awesome blue pearls, what a carpintes!!! He is huge!!

SRT is getting color back as she gets used to her new home.

OMG, the TEx is trully amazing!!!! I am so glad I popped t he cash for these fish and they are all ok.

I will keep you all posted with updates and FRY!!!
