Do your fish beat up or show any interest in those fake fishes? I saw some fake flowerhorn toys for sale and was wondering if that was to promote interest/aggression instead of using a live fish.

thanx for the comment. they do usually "play" with them only if the flowerhorn is at least 2 times the size of the toy. anything smaller just ignore it. i just put one in with some of my bigger FHs once a day for about a hour. the toys kinda act like fish because they seem to move very easy in water and stand upright. so a nice tail slap can send the toy floating across the tank.
