Congrats! I think it's an endlicheri for two reasons:

1) 11 dorsal finlets (fishbase lists 11-14 dorsal finlets for endlicheri and 12-15 dorsal finlets for congicus)

2) likely farmbred, which strongly suggests endlicheri, as I'm not aware of any captive bred congicus, as Ricky mentioned.
