New Fish lol 6/11/05

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Clown loaches will eat spirulina pellets and flake food, will also eat bloodworms. They are quite shy on their own but add a few more and they are very active and awesome fish. VERY slow growers but can get to 35cms...

all the new loaches are eating except the big one. I think he's just wasting away. :( :(

Patience buddy..sometime older fishes need more aclimatising time than younger fishes...

as long as your water paramters are in check, do not worry too much.

I noticed that he has "spine curl", from the top view, his spine is not straight! maybe the lady who caught the fish was pretty rough and broke his spine?! I've had this loach for like 5 days, I haven't had a single fish (except for a couple of stingrays) that won't eat after 2 days in my tank.

:( :( :( this is bad...

Sheese....i dun think by netting the fish would cause spine breakage? unless she dropped the fish on the floor... :22_yikes:

the fish got stuck in the net and she must've done something to it........ the fish (viewed from above) looks like an elongated "S" now. :(

Actually..for CLs, they should not use a net...due to the gill having the spine..they should have just bag the fish using the fish bag in the tank.
