I haven't got the new LED fixture yet, but it will not be a DIY. I really don't know what light for sure yet. I'm just going to get the best energy efficient LED light I can get at the LFS that fits a 5 foot tank.

i wish my pet store had lighting!

LED is deffently the best way to go for energy efficient.....

for a 5 foot tank you may need 2 maybe 3 fixtures......( i think )

plan to keep corals or fowlr?
