what does cycling the tank mean? ya I mean the HOA listed insects as a pet... I am like I don't know a single person with a pet insect

its not easy to find a fish friendly apartment either this place just said no biggy

one place told me 1 month rent in advance, 500 dollar deposit, 1st floor only, and renters insurance, max tank size 20 gallon
