Koen...glad you were able to pick them up. Very nice, hows the behavior like? are they pretty out going & active. How would you compare the activity level to another Bichir specie..

Thanks Joey! Untill now there pretty calm, but there not shy. Maybe they become more outgowing when there used to the tank.

Stunning fish Koen, will be interesting to see if they get the black pec fins (is that what you guys were talking about on ap?)

Once again, amazing fish.

Thanks! I don't think there fins will become black, but we will see.

The teugalsi must have set you back a few dollars right? Nice looking, so not shy like the polypterus weeksi...?

Let me say I would also pay that much for an endlicheri this size. Check the first post for the website of the seller, there you can check out the price. They have become a bit more shy, but there not as shy as endlicheri's (as mine anyway). Time will tell how they turn out to be.

Thanks Nic.

well either way i dont think theyll ever be as lazy as an endlicheri... When we put them in they were swimming all over checking out the tank... my endlis, when i threw them in they swam right to a safe corner and bam landed their asses on the floor :P they dont move very much...
by the way they have both eaten now :>
