1 pretty epic build! Just as I'm finishing my 10x4 build I see this. Should have went bigger. Well done. Really like the white liner
Thanks a lot man! Appreciated. I can't wait to go bigger! I just need a 30'x40' addition on my house first... it's a problem. Lol ?1 pretty epic build! Just as I'm finishing my 10x4 build I see this. Should have went bigger. Well done. Really like the white liner
Thanks again bro. It's super simple. The one pump just feeds the bio barrel which feeds the other tanks on its way back down to the main tank. (All gravity)Wawawaweewa. That’s nice. I like!!
I’m not sure if I entirely have wrapped my head around the filtration explanation. But this is amazing. I am also a big fan of the white liner.
Thanks alot! I am happy w the way it turned out. I wish I could've afforded to make it quite a bit nicer actually, cost effective sacrifices had to be made with the viewing panels and using a liner instead of epoxy, as I NEEDED the space now. Lol. I recommend to anybody don't ever get an arapaima without having a "forever home" for it. They are not fun to move, and it's not as satisfying to have to rush your project, and cut corners due to budget. Function over form on this one. But, thanks again!HelloGpdriftwood ,
That's an amazing tank you have built! Such attention to detail. Your set up looks like it's really dialed in. It looks very professional too. I'm sure your fish will really dig all that room. I don't think I've seen an Arapaima in a home aquarium before. Great job!

I don't remember how many mils thick it is. But it was the thickest I could find anywhere. It is textile reinforced in the center. I think it will be good, if not, like I said before, I love that Gorilla water proof tape. LolSo what is the liner made of? Is it puncture resistant?
I’m just wondering if it would stand up against a barb during a rough breeding session? I would hat to see anything like that happen![]()
