I run around 25-30 heaters... Cant ever tell on the Bill?

Really? I got my electric bill for last month and all I changed was added 3 heaters, the swimming pool ump and the 1/2 hp blower and my new bill was $500 - That's $200 higher than before.

Nice fish room its huge, could run a small store . As far as the electric bill goes how many watts is the swimming pool pump. I would think the motor would be the biggest expense it runs constantly I assuming. Even if the pump is not as many watts as the new heaters you have to look at it as a function of watts and time.

provided the room is insulated running the room at a constant 27Celcius with airconditioning is the best upfront and bill wise. dpending on the rooms insulation and wheather outside airconditioning over this side of the pond during summer(hot not to sure if winter is summer for u )only needs to be run for a few hours a day!. during winter maybe 2-3x more.

rather then then the price of several 1000- watts of heaters(upfront will put a large dent in your wallet and bill wise is less efficient)

Yeah I agree. I am going to get some space heaters and a couple de-humidifiers. That should take care of the heating issues.
