New fish !!

i have similar or some of the same fish for a firemouth and has been with a firemouth for years and he's fine, not even nipped.

in a 125 there will be occasional nipped fins, but it should work long term. I've had a firemouth in a 125 almost 3 years together with a dempsey, adult male convict, and some other more aggressive fish, but never noticed any significant injuries.

My new oscar is just chill'n at the bottom of the tank... that normal? He's only been in there for 30 min's or so.

Oscars tend to sulk a bit when you change their environments. Got a pic of the red tex?
