ok i just got a new jardini arowana a few days ago and i was wondering if any one could tell me a little bit about their behavoir or anything else about them, past experienes , etc...i want to make sure it lives a healthy life..

expect it to be just under 3 feet long. they need at least a 220 gal. tank, 180 might be ok. they have the same diet as most predators. they can eat feeders, but they can also be trained to eat shrimp and other meaty foods. they can be kept with tank mates of large size depending on the size of the tank.
 
you may need to upgrade your tanks to something big. looks like all of your fish are in a tight squeeze. you're gonna hear it from alot of people. just lettin ya know. good luck
 
thanks for the info...yea they might be cramped in a year but right now they are all babys..

You might have to move him in less than a year. Watch for the safety of your tankmates. :)
 
Jars do not generally tolerate tankmates once they mature (no matter how big the tank mates are).
