Temperature wasn't the issue. That was ideal for clown loaches. It should be well aerated however. Airstones are available in your nearby petstores. Do you have an airpump already? As the clown loach is breathing rapidly, then you need to check your water parameters and correct it where necessary. The second issue to look into is the possibility of parasites present. Of course, every new fish arrives home stressed. Even though your other fish have readily adapted already to their new home, your particular clown loach may need more time to adjust properly. Does it look malnourished at all? Crooked back? Visible head bones?
Were these fish quarantined or thrown to your main tank? They should all be quarantined if they were not. There is always a risk of parasite transmission when you fail to quarantine any of your fish. Quarantine them for at least 3-4 weeks.
