So yesterday I drove 180 miles round trip to pick up some fish, might be thinking why would you go that far for fish, well I really like fish
and for the chance to have somthing very very rarely found in the hobby (if at all) and not heard of being F1 in the continental US till now, how can you pass that up? Cichlasoma sp. "La Palma", they are currently an undescribed species with their closest relative being C. dimerus, major difference is that C. sp. La Palma are about 1/3 the size of C. dimerus. These guys are found in a pond called La Palma near the town of Tranqueras, Uruguay.
