I'd say Salvini as well but they do look quite unique. I'd love to see some more pictures if you've got them.

Eh they just don't have a high enough body for texas and no pearls unless he knows for sure theres one of the parents was infact texas I would still go with just an elongated salvini

I thought they had some Festae characteristics as well. They are definitely some good looking fish either way
I wouldn't guess texas it would have to be something more elongated than salvini and texas are more box shaped. Yes they are some great looking fish. Could be straight salvini just a little elongated. Good luck with them I look forward to seeing pics as they grow.
The first two shots here look like a salvini red variant I've seen online recently, but I would have to agree with the consensus of "Salvini+".

I still think salvini. Look how much shorter the body is in this pic now. A lot of the problems with taking pics of fish in a tank is that the picture can get distorted by light, water movement and angle. The color of theses looks different then the first pics.
