New flier cichlids need some help

Any varied diet would work. The author of this link says they're as easy to breed as cons, http://www.gcca.net/fom/Archocentrus_centrarchus.htm.

I got them from tropical fish world in gaithesburg. It was my second time going. They had the nics I originally wanted but they were 4-6in. they were so cool. They were bullying red devils that were bigger than them! But they didn't have any babies. One of the guys actually reccomended i buy them form Jeff Rapps. So my plan is to get a 90 in summer and get my nics from Rapps. Hopefully a pair of fliers will be heading there too.
Diogenes were your flier shy at first? Mine are scared of me and it's a little difficult feeding them. I baught mollies as a dither but they are still a bit shy. Hopefully they will come around. They also like to stick together alot and really aren't venturing on thier own. They were also getting picked on by the mollies but the biggest one is starting to grow a backbone.

if you got them from tropical fish world in G-berg then there is a good chance these are your fishes parents. I trade my fry to them. I think your fish was born in my tank.
