New Flower horn

I think it's a very awesome looking FH! How big did you get it at/ how big is it there? It looks very nice
I'm sorry to barge in on your thread like this....but I really need your help!
I need help: I just ordered a flowerhorn from a LFS and well to get to the point my current occupation is student. I can't afford to be ripped off.
What is the acceptable price range for a supposedly high quality baby male flowerhorn.....they didn't specify what size it would be coming in (I made sure to let them know that I prefer to grow my fish out from baby to Monster)
I assume it will be 1"-3.5" max (I hope)---what's a decent price range for 1-3inch FH?

Nice lookin male. I'm in the process of breeding my male rd and female fader right now. He's a lil bigger than yours. Can I ask how much you paid? I paid 120 for mine And i'm in Cali. Got him at an inch and a half. Most I've ever paid for a fish.
