Not a terrible ZZ. What baffles me is that breeding tube. Like, I would be 100% its male if I hadnt seen that picture, But personally Ive never seen a male tube that blunt. Anybody have any input on this?
The ZZ strain if very diverse. It ranges from ugly trimac hybrids to show winning monster koks that look like Super Red Texas. Yours falls in the middle somewhere. Nice shape and head. And if that is a female, That would be a good start on a breeding project. How much would "I" pay, Id take it free but I wouldnt pay. I cant really value it because Im not so sure its a male, and if it is a female it would be worth more.
*Id say it classifies as a ZZ Blue Dragon with that green-blue metalic this fish has on it
Thanks for the replies, I'm glad to hear and i will definitively have to figure out for sure whether its male or female. Im going to keep everyone updated on the growth and evaluation of him/her. I hope it grows into a real good looking specimen regardless of gender
