very nice treasure, the color is very impressive, but he was looks stressed and not comfortable yet... its surely male.. for me its pure Zz strain...

It has most of the Red ZZ trait alright. But it is not a pure ZZ, pure ZZ have hard kok. And as for this one, yes it's a male. Great quality Red ZZ indeed...but feels like something else is inside this ZZ strain. More than 1 other strain is in this fish strain.

Nope, not all, just like the other strain there's hard kok and water kok..

There's 2 different type of ZZ we are talking about now. The traditional ZZ(the ones that only comes in ugly green and red) with only hard kok and the more modified ZZ with all different type of kok. All the other strains are created with more variety of species into the fish, therefore it will definitely have all kinds of kok variable. The first and foremost original ZZ is all hard kok to my knowledge.
