I did my weekly water change this Sunday and afterwards he was breathing slow and hiding in his clay pot. I turned the light off all day and he never left. On Monday he was acting like his normal self, begging for food and swimming around. Now today when I go towards the tank he freaks out and then hides in his pot. Any ideas as to what's wrong? All water parameters are normal. Maybe he is mad at me for the water change?

Five month update. Probably about 4 inches now. Eating hikari cichlid staple and grand sumo growth enhancer. I will be adding hikari carnisticks to his diet soon
