More like F1 kamfa. It's amazing how you found it in Germany, knowing about the ban on the import of hybrid fish. How much did you buy it for?

I never had any problems importing Hybrid Cichlids from Thailand to Germany/Austria.
My new kamfas are also imported from Thailand.

the legal situation is not really clear.
in my opinion, a good posture needs all attention.
-enough space
-good varied feed
-frequent and regular waterchanges
... are much more important than hybrid or not hybrid but thats is an other story

Short update after 2 weeks:
He/she is growing like hell


It seems like the red starts to vanish… I hope it will come back…

Tank: 107 gallons solo, waterchange about 60% every 4 days.

Add this to your rotation of foods with the NLS, to help bring out the reds.

Here‘s an update about what happened since my last post ?
I vented the fh. The outcome was female… But that wasn‘t as bad because I didn‘t like the coloration anyways. Gave it away for free to a guy who was searching for a female online.
So my search for a nice fh continued…

But not for long, seems I got lucky with my timing


Currently 4-5 inch. Sold as „goldenbase blue pearl“, Im not even sure if this strain even exists ?
I will definitely keep him. What you guys think?
