To answer some of the questions: Yes, they do float. Each stick is equivalent to one gold fish in caloric energy. A 17.6oz (500g) bag equals 2,800 gold fish in caloric content. The 6.3oz (182g) bag equals 1,100 gold fish. The Jumbo carnistcks is about 5 times bigger than the original food stick ( 311 cubic mm vs 1576 cubic mm). This food was developed especially for "Monster Fish". We have tested it here and everything from arowana to bumblebee grouper will gulp it down. You should be able to find them at your local fish store nation wide right now. We happen to be the fist to get it in.

I think they float. My work offered me some to try but none of my fish eat floating pellets. lol
