I agree. I use live plants in ALL my setups exept the birds and 110 degree lizard tank. Plants make things easier.

I think it looks like a pacific treefrog though.

What types of plants would you suggest? Its basically a room temp tank right now, I havent bought a light for it yet.

My guess is a Western chorus frog, Pseudacris triseriata.

Its a neat frog, but it hides most of the time. It usually only comes out when I put a cricket in the tank. Do yours do this too?

That is the kind of frog I call fish food! Haha no I have never fed my fish frogs. When I start getting them in my pond though..... Its lunch time.

Its about an inch long, Ill post some updated pics later this weekend, when the lights are on. Its eating well and seems to be doing good!

Yup, two hide in my filter and two hide in the moss. They are all over the place at night though. I would suggest a dim light for night veiwing.
