As said earlier get the stones out, keep it bare bottom. Try giving frozen brine shrimp or frozen blood worms. Basically in thailand breeders give shrimp paste from what I have seen. If there is no progress try soaking the food in some garlic before feeding.

I fed him today with love tubifex worms and he is crazy over it.But am not gonna continue on that.

It’s okay in moderation, these fish have one big issue they will eat anything but if it not clean or parasite free it hits them hard. Make sure the source is good and try giving frozen food only once in 3-4 days all other days pellets is the way to go.

i like bug bites by fluval cichlid pellets. it helps with color.
