just picked this guy up today, had been held for me at the LFS for about 3 weeks, haha. quarantining now, and will probably add to one tank or another later today/tomorrow. more pics to come - fish is about 19" --

haha yeah, unfortunately until tomorrow that's the best i can do...other than multiples of essentially the same shot. had to keep it in mild salt quarantine just to be safe (having been at LFS for a while) and also had to feed the big tank so hopefully the Croc II will leave him alone for a while longer before "initiation" via tail shredding
as for the fish, i have an educated guess on the species, but will at least wait until tomorrow when it's in tank and hopefully patterned up a bit more.--

seeing the darker tail.. and what looks like stripeing... trop maybe?... nose looks to short to be a long-nose and not slender enough. Looks pretty reguardless of species.
