Wow those are some great looking Gar... My boyfriend is getting ready to get a Gator Gar in addition to the spotted he already has. Hes looking for someone who is willing to give up a Longnose though. But anyway...I think as long as the fish stay well fed there will be no problems

thanks all, as for the florida.. I have never seen one this big and fat that still looks normal and healthy. The original owner fed them on koi pellots, so I think that could have done something...:popcorn:

thanks all, florida is eating pellots, and shrimp, the gator is eating the same plus unwanted fish :naughty:
