I'd like to have them over parrots is what I was trying to say. But they shouldn't be advertised/called parrots because they dont have the deformed head

Who cares! Many parrots doesn't have deformed head these days.

Those with no eyes. Now you have to care for them or nobody will.

They were victims of their more aggressive brothers and sisters. I plan to keep them and dedicate a tank to them but I was wondering what type of fish I could put in with them.

that's real cool man. You got a good heart

Plecos, loaches, other comm. fishes.

Or I'd find out their sex and put an opposite sex of what you want to breed them with would be a good idea. Their eyes are gone because of aggression and not genetic..
Breeders get tore up anyway. My female parrot took a chunk off the fins of Texas a few hours ago.

Thanks ... I want to see what type of lives they will live. At first I was worried about feeding and they are able to find the pellets and eat them. Once I the get a little bigger I'll probably more them to a 90 gallon and then through in the community fish.

Beautiful fry, I love the strong colours especially for their size.
But I have to agree with Mahsfish, to me they just aren't "parrots" without that beak shaped head and deformed spine, I guess it's just what I prefer, look wise, when it comes to parrots.

Regardless these babies are gorgeous!
