New Gold Head aro

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Nice fish. It was an awesome piece before it got the DE. Still has terrific color. I'd tape off tank to try to correct the DE.

Surprising, you didn't have any attachment to your other aro? I would have trouble just trading in one of my arowana. Do you view your fish as more of a status symbol or ornament then as a pet?
Got to agree with that. I have an average RTG, it's got a little PJ and the colour is not as good as it could be. My wife keeps saying i should sell it and upgrade to an SR or XB. I'm attached to it though, it's my first aro and i've had it since it was little.

Buy a new tank and put an SR in it is a better idea IMHO, but my wife won't come round to the idea!!

What do you think the chances of DE recovery? if I cover up my tank for 2 months?

Haha you got it before I did! I was out of town for a couple weeks which meant the fish is now yours :) Be sure to post pics in arowanaclub.ca, will be interest there to see it grow out for sure.

lol.... =P Definately will do updates every once in a while. Need a camera with a faster shutter first for more sharp detailed shots.
