New Gravel No Good ?

I hate stores where the authority is not properly delegated. if the manager is off, there should be someone on staff that day who has the authority to do returns.

that is bad customer service otherwise...

Well anyways, I called him this morning he had absolutely no problems returning it, and I picked up a bag of 10x nicer rocks and 11.34kg it weighs instead of the other bag 10kg.

VERY happy with him.

But in the over 2 years of going there this is the first time he wasn't in, and it's a 7-day a week shop. Everyone needs break!

I'm not beefin about not bein able to return it yesterday, he made me very happy today. Especially when I called and got a enthusiastic 'Sure! not a problem sir'


Also the new gravel I have is Estes Spectrastone as recommended......very nice!
