I like the look alright but don't you lose something by not allowing the rays to dig, puff, and bury themselves in sand? I guess not much different than barebottom. Just my thoughts but hey if you like it.

ha ha there is no problem with them blowing in it. these are not pups but adults/semi adults. They can move it around and can bury in it.

Gravel does look good when it's very light in colour
